ANPR Lite
A mobile application that transforms your smartphone into an ANPR device, enabling you to read license plate numbers from parked or passing cars at high speed.
It checks these license plate numbers against the JIS as well as your own private BOLO list, notifying you when a match is found. Take Control of:

Offline Capability
ANPR Lite operates offline, allowing it to function in areas without cell phone reception. It can check against a local database of your own hot listed vehicle plates stored on the device and refresh data once back online.
Battery Usage
The app can operate continuously for up to 3 hours on a fully charged battery. We recommend connecting your phone to an in-vehicle charging solution to prevent rapid battery drain.
